At RecovryFeet™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be in the same condition as received.
• Include proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on insoles that have been used, trimmed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The wrong item was sent.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item was defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Used insoles.
• Insoles that have been trimmed or altered.
• Items damaged through misuse.
• Gift cards.
